Reuters... Part Deux

In a story published this morning about President Bush announcing new U.S. sanctions against Myanmar over human rights issues, Reuters chose to use this picture of the President. Maybe it's just me, but I think they could have chosen a better picture. I'm sure they have one or two others. Maybe the folks at Reuters prefer to use the Nazi-like salute picture.

Think they would have used a picture of Obama or Hillary in the same pose?
